A DEPOSIT IS COMPULSORY TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
- Money paid will not be refunded should your bookings be cancelled for whatever reason.
- On arrival please check the inventory & inform the person in charge off any items missing ASAP.
- All outstanding money must be paid on arrival
- NOTE the maximum amount of people allowed. Any more without prior consent will result in additional payment.
- The guesthouse supplies blankets, 1 pillow each & towels will be provided once off for the duration of your stay
- Keys & remotes should always be kept in a safe place.
- No pets allowed.
- No alcohol whatsoever allowed on premises.
- STRICTLY HALAAL & SOBER HABITS
- No loud music.
- Please note that the guesthouse will be serviced daily. Unfortunately this service is unavailable on a public holiday. However arrangements can be made at an additional cost.
- While occupying the property you will agree to conduct yourselves in such a manner as to not cause any disturbance of any nature whatsoever.
- The owner will not be accountable for any injury, harm, theft, damage or loss that you, your party, your visitors or property may suffer.
- The communal swimming pool is used entirely at your own risk.
- Holiday makers must ensure that the gates leading to the pool area is locked.
- Ensure that you return everything to the original place on your departure.
- All dishes should be washed, dried and packed away on departure.
- The guest house must be left presentable on departure.
- A refundable deposit is compulsory. This deposit will only be deposited into your account ±24hours after your departure with the result that nothing is damaged.
- In the event of accidental breakage or damage, the item must be replaced or repaired. The replaced item should be of the same quality. Failure to do so will result in a deduction in your deposit.
- The owner, his agents or workers shall be allowed to enter the premises at convenient times in order to inspect, repair, make improvements or alterations the owner or agent deems necessary.
- Visitors are allowed in small numbers but are not allowed to stay over or use the facilities on property. Any deviation of any of the above agreement will result in your immediate eviction & forfeit all deposit payments.
- Linen for the sleeper couch will be found inside the bedroom cupboard. PLEASE use a bed sheet on the sleeper couch, which is provided.
- Check-in time: 2pm Check-out time: 11am
- Please fax deposit slip or proof of payment to confirm bookings.
